For automation in basis weight and moisture, we have installed QCS scanner to ensure basis weight and moisture will be controlled automatic without human error.
Our Paper machine will be from renowned Paper Machine manufacturer Saloni Paper Machines Pvt. Ltd. This machine will be latest updated and automised. We can ensure the top notch quality without variations in CD and MD profile. The paper machine consist of pressurized head boxes, multilayer wire part, jumbo press rolls, C l dryers, Size press etc, which is capable of producing Multi-Layer Test Liner and HRCT grades.
Our ETP will be fully designed by Krofta Engineering, complete with Megacell, clarifiers, fine bubbles aerators, filter press and carbon filters. We can ensure a smell free paper for packaging.
Our pulp mill is latest version from Parason Machinery, includes latest technology to remove plastic and other unwanted foreign online before cutting. This avoids unnecessary cutting of fibre as well as plastic which effects the quality of product.
We have procured Rewinder from Saloni Paper Machines Pvt. Ltd, a Back Cutting Arrangement with Break Generator which ensures auto breaking system. This rewinder can provide Wall finish cutting with even winding.
